Fixed-price Project
Project done on fixed-price basis. Our web design team discusses with you and quotes a fixed price for the project, that price may be fixed on specifications outlined in techno-commercial proposal (accommodate certain degree of flexibility). Also Delivery dead line is set and we complete the website or web application within a due date as agreed upon in MOU. 50% of our web based projects executed are on Fixed Price to Fixed Deliverables - (also see Milestone based payment).

1. Time and Materials
The standard time-and-materials method of work, based on Actual Consumed hours. This is usually monitored through weekly timesheets and progress reports. Average operational rate - $10 US @hr.

2. Time and Materials with Not-to-Exceed clause
A standard time-and-materials method, with an additional clause that price will not exceed a certain amount. Critical sites such as Casinos, Online Gaming, Digital Currency, Complex database Driven Enterprise Applications. 25% customers belong to this category.

3. Milestone-based payment schedule
In a remote development project, milestones-based payment schedules reinforce progress monitoring, and the evolution of firm, achievable milestones. Milestone-based payment helps you justify payment, and visible progress reduces risks. Milestone based payment is a subset of Fixed Price model.

4. Monthly Resource-based payment
Applicable to overseas Web Design and Development Companies who use our Offshore Outsourcing competence and reliability to Outsource web design & development in large volumes. Large volume implies figure > $ 10,000 US. 20% customers belong to this category.
